Does it hurt when a breech baby turns to get back into position?

I know there is no reason for concern yet..this is my 3rd baby..just never had a baby not head down and ready by 31 weeks...Yesterday at my ultrasound the tech said that baby was good, 4 lbs, looks good on all measurements..but is still breech. So, my question is...this far along with him that big..will it hurt when he turns to go head down? Doesn't seem like he would have that much room now...
