I have an EGR insufficient code on 99 acura tl can I take care of it myself?

I have to p emissions tomorrow!!! Been snowed in all week so just now able to go have it tested. I had a code pop up that said EGR insufficient. Is there a way to fix this myself? The EASY way. I saw that you can try carburetor cleaner and see if that helps. How do I do that?
