Besides "no" is there any help for an 89 lincolon continental?

I parked it a while back (a month) now it wont turn over, system check says charge system, ok, new battery, jumper, says same... also check dcl flashes, i can get the engine to crank a bit when i jump the fenderwell solenoid, but mostly clicks, starter always seemed fine (do they just up and die?) anyway where is the dcl located? oh yeah... everything electrical seems to work and power just fine other than cranking over... any help???
