Mini Bike engine wont start?

Ok its a 110cc off brand mini bike, and it wont start. It has spark, and spits fuel out of the carburetor when i try to start it. Im not sure whether its getting any fuel, possibly an intake valve issue? im going to put a little carb cleaner through it tomorrow and possibly some seafoam. any other ideas?
