Has anyone else experienced this while taking Yaz ?

I have PCOS and the gynae put me on Yaz to try and regulate my periods, will be TTC from Jan. I stopped having regular periods when I stopped taking Yasmine in Feb and an ovarion cyst burst - I would have spotting for 1 day every few months. I was on 2 ten day courses of Utrogestan which both brought on normal periods. However, I started on the Yaz a few months ago, and had constant nausea , cramping which felt like it originated in my right ovary (the one that's covered in cysts) and tenderness. 5 days into the placebos I started the worst period ever - so heavy that I was up all night changing tampons, terrible pain the my right ovary, back pain the was so bad I couldn't stand up straight, and general weakness and low blood pressure. Is this a bad reaction to the Yaz, a PCOS related thing, or something more sinister?
