Is there some kind of regulatory commission for colleges?

I'm so sorry for what you are going through and yes obama and the dems. cut FAFSA although he campaigned on every student going to college that wants to.I have to ask a couple of questions,How old was your daughter when she signed up for choir? If a minor there is no binding contract,also if she did not get all of the information and sign for it as a cl they can't charge you for it .Does she still have their handbook?It really seems to be an unfair practice.Also sometimes a little bad publicity can help you -maybe a letter to the editor in the town where the college is-or does your local television station have a problem solvers segment.No private university -especially one that's losing students will want the bad publicity.
