Who lives in Fair Oaks, CA? Please tell me about it!?

I live in (perfect) Irvine right now. Great schools--great homes, basically a really nice neighborhood. Do you think Fair Oaks would be similar to Irvine? Can you tell me some highs and lows about this city? Thanks a bunch!
