Do you think she will call me?......?

Yesterday this girl that I'm friends with and I like her a lot called me to see if I wanted to get breakfast today, I said yeah. I was really excited because I like her a lot. However I tried texting her today to find out what time she wanted to go and she hasn't returned my text or hasn't called me yet and its 12:40pm! Now its lunchtime so I guess we won't be having breakfast today:( Do you think she is just busy or what? she did go to a party last night so she could be sleeping, but I hope she didn't just blow this off because it would really suck if she did. I bummed out now because I was looking forward to hanging out with her again. I hope she calls today but I don't know. It was her idea to get breakfast today! I have been waiting forever for her to call me but she hasn't yet. Do you think she will call me today? I don't want to be mad at her but at the same time I don't understand why she hasn't called me yet. Should I just give her the benefit of the doubt and um she is busy
