CAN ANY ONE PLEASE ADVICE ME I AM WORRIED SICK?

Did they do a blood test as well? Usually they do a blood test as far as my experience and my families miscarriages as well to test hcg levels and see if they went up or down (if they went down then it was a loss..)... I would tell the DR you feel like something just isn't right, or go get a second opinion from another doctor. On the other hand you may feel like something is moving around in there... your body will feel differently after a pregnancy. I'm very sorry for your loss if it is a loss.... but I would still do some follow up at least for closure.
