Can I consider Vatican City a part of Italy?

I'm having a report about the top tourist spots of Italy, so I did a research and I found out that St. Peter's Basilica, St. Peter's Square, etc. are landmarks of Vatican City. Knowing that Vatican is a sovereign state, can I include those spots when all I'm just bound to report is Italy's?

Jonas Brothers Verizon In Store Appearance...Hartford?

Tickets are "not avaliable" because you do not need a ticket for the verizon preformances. You show up and it is first come first serve. They hand out a wrist band and that is your p to the concert and meet and greet. I really want to go to the one in Hartford but I don't know if my mom will take me...Hope I helped though! :)

How important is literacy?

The importance of literacy is beyond measure. An illiterate person is at a disadvantage in every aspect of life w/in society. Illiteracy influences employability and therefore quality of life. It is a sad fact that in spite of the efforts of many educators, volunteers, political representatives/funding, etc. there are still many illiterate people in the US. As a reading teacher of Title I/ESL students, I find that part of the challenge is that many of the children are from families where parents are working 2 or more jobs, and simply are not home to read to/listen to their children read. Another challenge is that many people focus a lot on the technical aspects of teaching someone to read, and they leave out teaching the pure enjoyment and lovely intimacy of sharing a story with their children. Literacy should be a number one priority for us all, because the more literate our society is, the better the quality of life will be for everyone. Volunteer to help someone learn to read today! Do it! Go on now...... :)

So I'm doing an experiment for School....?

I have 80 Newspapers and I want to put them in my Garden and put lots of Soil/Compost on top of them so its like a Hill, how long will it take for the Newspapers to decompose so you can't read them anymore or where the Ink print just disapears?
