What do you think about repealing income taxes and instating sales taxes?

The prebate is the key it will give poor people not only their full pay check but another steady income. So if you made 20,000 and you spend the whole thing you would pay 4,600 in taxes. But with the prebate they are only paying 2,200 a year on taxes. This is uming they bought all NEW GOODS AND SERVICES. Now lets take a person with 200,000 and he spends his whole yearly income. He will pay 46,000 in taxes. Of course he gets a prebate too so after figuring in the tax prebate they still paid 43,600. These are rough figures of course. There is way more positives that negatives.
