Acne Problems: please help!!!

i have had these few pimples on my forhead, nose, chin and upper cheek area (near nose) since the begining of summer. my skin is very light so when i go out into the sun i have to put on sunscreen because i burn easily and sun can irritate pimples easily. my skin is a combinaion of types- it is oily in the T-zone and dry on my cheeks. Any help appreciated- please recommend a daily skin regiment (cleanser, moisturizer, spot treatments) please be specific and pick products that are gentle, because my skin is sensitive and drying it our has never really helped the problem. thanks everyone!
