This guy could have really hurt someone, what should I do?

I live in california. Im driving home from work, about to merge on our towns two lane bridge, when this huge flat bed tow truck comes rushing up from the left, and literally cuts off a guy in a white suv two cars ahead of me. Even tho the suv was already almost on the bridge. Then coming off the bridge he quickly turns left, with no signal. I had to make the same turn. Once on the new street, which is two lanes on both sides, he gets impatient, he aggressively changes lanes with no signal, and once again, comes close to hitting another car. This street is 30 mph. I was going 35, and he was leaving me in the dust. So, Im guessing he was going at least 45. I get home, and I call the company to complain, cause this guy could've really hurt someone, in a big vehicle like that. But their demeanor was like I was wasting their time. My question is, is there like a towing safety company I can turn them into?? Since its evident that the company itself doesn't care.
